Can’t pair my AirPods

After I tried to set my AirPods, I can’t find my AirPods on Bluetooth, it won’t show up in my phone anymore. I tired everything it suggested from the support site and still not working. I want to bring to the local Apple Store. Do I need an appointment?

It may not be necessary to make an appointment, but it may behoove you to do so if you want to get the support you need to get this resolved.
