What are these blemishes inside my screen? (16' M1 Max)

My screen changed at the Apple Store. My new screen has indelible blemishes inside. Why? Is it normal to have these blemishes? Should technical service replace my screen again?

You are not writing anyone from Apple on this user to user only forum. If you paid Apple to replace the screen on your MBP and you have concerns, take it back to Apple and show it to them.
