You should be able to download the last version of Catalina from this page…
If you are concerned about security you should be running the latest version of Catalina which is 10.15.7 and the latest security update which is 2022-005. Is there a reason you are not?
I have not been able to upgrade it.....When I check for upgrades, it is not listed
unable to find it when I check upgrades....found it from your message and attempting to upgrade now
found the upgrade and attempted to install - --Cannot be installed on this disk. The volume does not meet the requirements
