Macbook pro 2019 stuck in bootloop

My macbook pro is stuck in an infinite loop where it starts up, shows the apple logo, then 5 seconds later shuts down and restarts again.

When i try to boot into recovery mode it does the same thing, it just shows the apple logo then restarts, it did the same thing when i tried PVRAM, Diagnostics mode, internet recovery mode, verbose mode and every single other startup command but it just keeps restarting, the only one that works is startup manager but after i click on the disk it just restarts again.

I opened up the computer and disconnected the keyboard connector because ive spilled liquid on it before but that didnt work either, please help because im genuinely lost

Hi,

It may be caused by spilled liquid on the keyboard of your MacBook Pro. I recommend you to make Genius Bar reservation or contact Apple Authorized Service Provider to be examined your MacBook Pro there.
