Still can’t pair Apple watch
after all of the steps, I still cannot pair my phone to my new watch. It’s updated, I have enough memory and my Airplane is off and Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are on. What is the issue?

You say it is updated. Make sure the iphone is on iOS16.1.2 or later
Restart the iPhone
Put the Watch on the charger.
