on Iphone 13pro. The support service said that the guarantee is worldwide, my

Sorry, but the warranty of an iPhone can be restricted by Apple to the country of purchase, due to the different hardware that might be built in.
That's one downside of purchasing an iPhone outside of the country where it normally is supposed to be used.
