How do I share a mac studio external drive on my network?

Try these steps:

  1. Go to System Settings > General > Sharing
  2. Enable File Sharing
  3. Select the info icon (circle with an i)
  4. Select the "+" button.
  5. Select the external drive that you want to share.
  6. Choose which users can access this shared drive.
