Cancelling Chegg subscription

Hi, I joined chegg and it asked me to login using my Apple ID. My phone did this and when I try to login in it has this long email “….@priv” come up and says it sent a verification code. It’s not showing under subscriptions so how am I meant to cancel when the Apple ID email it’s showing isn’t able to be checked?


i do not want to be charged but it’s not showing me options.
