Shortcut to turn off notifications
It would be easier if there is shortcut to app icon for turn off notifications.

nirav ~ Here's a screenshot of a 'Toggle Disturb' shortcut as a bookmark and as a widget:

...Tapping that link should show a blue Get Shortcut button at the bottom – the shortcut will be added to your shortcuts collection. Then, to add its small icon to your Home Screen:
