iPhone AppleCare Theft and Loss replacement

Is there anyone who has trouble getting a replacement phone after claim approval? How long does it take for apple to ship the device? It’s been 2 weeks since I started the claim, a week after being approved and up to now I got no phone yet. This is so frustrating. I thought they could replace you quickly. The point of getting an insurance is for peace of mind but every day I have been so stressed out with this whole process.

That seriously sucks. Guess I better get prepared for the worst. After this experience I think I'll be canceling my Apple insurance and looking into whatever AT&T has to offer. Glad you got your phone back finally.
