That screenshot indicates you've already canceled the subscription. It will not auto-renew when it expires on 20 September 2023.

If you need it to be removed from your account because you're trying to change a region, you'll need to contact Apple Support using the link at the bottom left of the page.

You've already cancelled automatic renewal. If that's not enough, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for assistance.

And after you cancel a yearly subscription there is no prorated refund. The subscription is active until the expiration date.
