I bought iPhone 14 promax on 10.12.2022. I installed and started to use on 15.12.2022. First, grey horizontal line appeared on my screen on 18.12.2022, then vertical green line appeared in the middle of my screen on 19.12.2022. You can see both in attached photos.

Yeah, I heard something about that on Apple rumors. They think that it can be fixed with a future software release.
If it doesn't go away when the phone is unlocked, have it checked:
