Hey there Ken326,

We wanted to confirm more details to better understand what's happening, along with ruling out some possible causes:

  1. You mentioned there's 'white noise' in the right side of your AirPods, but are we correct in understanding it sounds like static in the right side?
  2. When did it first start? This can give us insight into the situation it occurred in, so that we can determine the underlying cause. For example, if it began after receiving new equipment, it could be due to Bluetooth or Wi-Fi interference: Resolve Wi-Fi and Bluetooth issues caused by wireless interference
  3. Which AirPods model are you using? This link will help to Identify your AirPods. This can help us determine if there may be a service program for your AirPods, such as the one listed here: AirPods Pro Service Program for Sound Issues
  4. Which model device are you pairing with your AirPods, and what's the exact OS version number installed on it? For example, on an iPhone you can find that in Settings > General > About. This can help us determine if your AirPods may need a firmware update: About firmware updates for AirPods
  5. If you pair your AirPods with a different audio device, does the same issue occur with the right side? Testing this with a different device will allow us to isolate the behavior to the AirPods specifically, or the device they're being paired with.
  6. The link above your post includes the steps to reset your AirPods, which is another good step to try. Have you already tried completing that one? Here's the link again just in case: How to reset your AirPods and AirPods Pro

Cheers!
