Can't Remember trusted phone number
Ok I know my username and my password, but I cannot remember my trusted phone number, it was from about 10 years ago.
How can I access my old Apple account without knowing my trusted phone number?

- Go to your Apple ID account page and enter your Apple ID and password.
- On the Verify Your Identity screen, select "Can't access your trusted devices?"
- In the pop-up window, enter your Recovery Key.
If you don't have your recovery key either you can enroll in account recovery:
If you use two-factor authentication and can’t sign in or reset your password, you can regain access after an account recovery waiting period.
