Does Illustrator work on iPad 10.2? Photoshop?

I want to know before buying this Apple iPad 10.2 9th generation. Thanks so much!

Adobe Illustrator for requires iPadOS14 or later - as does Adobe Photoshop for iPad. The iPad8 and iPad9 (both 10.2” models) are capable of running iPadOS16.

Yes.

Adobe's iPadOS versions of AI and PS does. Purchased from Apple's iOS/iPadOS App Store App.
