I can't sync my music from my iPhone to my iPad music..... I have home sharing under a family member and have all my songs on my phone just not my iPad. iPad has my songs from when I first started

Sync option is only available to Apple Music subscribers. Sync your iPhone, iPad or iPod using your computer – Apple Support (AU)
I do not have the "sync" option on my iPad.... How can I get my apple music to update with the songs that are on my iPhone
