This may be a duplicate response. To answer your questions .. the overlays pop up on certain sites , not all sites, and when they pop up on certain sites I cannot get back to the site I plugged into. A restart of the iPad does not change when the overlays pop up. The overlays of most web sites pop up when I hit on an article but I can return to the web site. The
