Airpod case misplacment

Is there a way to find the case itself if you have the airpods? (EX: airpods are in your ears, but you can’t find the case?)

Hello User_8395,

So, unless you have "the latest and the greatest" AirPods (i.e. AirPods Pro 2nd Generation), you can't separately find the case. If you do happen to have these, here is how you can find it using your Apple devices:

Locate AirPods in Find My - Apple Support

If you have an iPhone 11, 12, 13 or 14, you can use Precision Finding to locate your lost AirPods case (once again this requires you to have the AirPods Pro 2nd Generation):

Find your keys, backpack, and more with AirTag - Apple Support

How to use Precision Finding:

Beyond this, you might just have to look for your AirPods' case manually. Without Apple installing a U1 chip in the AirPods case, there isn't another good way to find it.

I hope this helps. Have a nice day.
