MacBook 4,1

I have a 2008 MacBook 4,1 and I would like to factory reset the HD. What is the best way to wipe the HD and reset back to factory settings?

question on reset of 2009 macbook pro I need to reset and reload a 2009 macbook pro but when I go into disk utility there ARE THREE drives listed as ; hitachi 500 gb untitled 499 gb superdrive ------------------------------ AND THIS ONE LISTED AS FOLLOWS disk one mac osx base system Can somebody please tell me which drive to erase and then reload os to as nothing is listed as macintosh hd as peeps state in the vid tutorials ? See the following Apple Support article for information on resetting a Mac: What to do before you sell, give away, or trade in your Mac - Apple Support

Note that you will skip step 2 as it applies to newer Macs; yours will be erased using the other steps.
