iPad music app stuck on 20x music playback

This is probably a silly question, but I can’t find anyway to stop my iOS music app from playing at 20x (probably faster). Googling the answer didn’t help, it says to long press the forward or rewind, but that does absolutely nothing. A typical song will FF in 4 or 5 seconds. I have an iPad air 5. It was fine last night and nothing was changed. I would un/re-install the Music app, but don’t particularly want to have to reinstall 90gb of music from my PC, or lose my playlists.
