Hello, I’ve just realised that all videos prior to March last year have disappeared from my iPhone 12. They’re in in recently deleted or hidden and I’ve signed into iCloud to look for them. Is there anyway I can get these back??

Hello, I’ve just realised that all videos prior to March last year have disappeared from my iPhone 12. They’re not in recently deleted or hidden and I’ve signed into iCloud to look for them. I think they disappeared after a big software update but I can’t be sure. Is there anyway I can get these back??

I’m not sure if this will work, but have you tried logging onto a computer? Also, sometimes your photos and videos are automatically backed up to Google photos or Amazon Photos by default. May be able to find them there.

If you are using iCloud Photos and if they are not in the recently deleted album, they are gone and cannot be recovered.
