If you’re talking about sending these attachments to a non-iPhone cellular telephone, then that is handled by your cellular carrier’s methods using MMS.

MMS requires both the following:

Settings > Messages > MMS Messaging = “on”
Permission to use MMS from your cellular carrier under your plan. This may cost extra.
