Hi I have two iPhones both second hand the old one which when I set it up has my music on it. I have set up the new phone iPhone 12 from iCloud but no music has transferred. I have tried on both phones going into settings then music but there is no option to sync music the is no toggle all I get is this

The option to Sync Library is only available for Apple Music subscribers. Syncing can be done from computer to iPhone: Sync your iPhone, iPad or iPod using your computer – Apple Support (AU)
If the music was purchased from the iTunes Store it can be downloaded on to the device.
