Not accepting my Apple ID information on my Samsung smart tv

im not able to sign in on my TV. Says information doesn’t match. Information is correct as I’ve signed in on my iPad with same information. I’ve had the Apple app for over a year and have not had this problem before.

If you checked for typos (both the account name [email address] and the password), then the next step would be to ask assistance from the Apple Support staff. Contact Apple for support and service (phone numbers) or start your support request online (chat/​email/​callback).

If you have two-factor authentication for your Apple ID account, then you could be asked to additionally enter the verification code as send to a trusted device.
