Macbook Air2 not pairing with non-Apple Bluetooth devices

I just bought a MacBook Air M2 running Ventura 13.1 an it's not pairing with any non-Apple bluetooth devices. I have a MacBook Pro that pairs with everything fine. This is extremely annoying. And now Apple support just hung up on me. Apple's interoperability is counter-productive.

Re: Macbook Air2 not pairing with non-Apple Bluetooth devices

Wondering if the non-Apple bluetooth devices are capable of pairing with more than one device at time. You may need to "forget" them on Mac Book Pro, reset them, pair them with MacBook Air.
