Removing reset Airpods from old Apple ID
If i reset my Airpods, can I still remove them from the other Apple ID?

For security purposes, Apple does not allow a device locked to another user's Apple ID to be removed without authenticating that you know the previous Apple ID (sometimes requiring their password).
However, if the AirPods appear in Find My on your iPhone, you should try these steps to remove it:
If an item or device is connected to another Apple ID - Apple Support
- Before completing the next several steps, make sure the AirPods are connected to Bluetooth and in range of your Apple device.
- Open the Find My app on your Apple device and select the AirPods in the Devices tab.
- Pull the handle shown above the AirPods upwards to reveal all the information (see screenshot)
- Select "Remove This Device" and confirm that you want to remove it.
- The AirPods should now be removed from the previous Apple ID
*If the AirPods do not appear in Find My, reseting them will remove location information for the AirPods from the previous Apple ID, but will not unlock them from this Apple ID.*
