my comcast email on my iphone is not syncing with comcast web server
If you're talking about Apple Mail app, and if you're sure that you are using the correct outgoing/incoming parameters SMTP/IMAP or POP3 (contact your email provider support team and check those parameters with them), delete your email account on iPhone in Settings>Mail>Account, then restart your iPhone, and in the end re-add the same email account.
If you're talking about a Comcast app, please contact Comcast support team.
