upgrade my 2015 MacBook pro

I am trying to upgrade my 2015 MacBook pro that is currently running macOS Sierra 10.12.6 I have gone to the app store and it says no upgrades available. When going online I have tried to upgrade to 10.13 and 10.14 but when I try to do this it says "this update requires 10.13" which is what I'm trying to do!!! HELP I need this for work and I keep going in circles

Back up your data, check your applications for compatibility, click here, and then on the download link for them. Ones found elsewhere on Apple Support are updaters and can't be used for a full-version upgrade.
