Hi harinigl,
Welcome to Apple Support Communities. We understand that you're having an issue with your connection to your Personal Hotspot. We'd like to help.
Let's start off by trying to isolating the issue. Do you notice any other connected devices being disconnected from your Hotspot when in use? This answer can point us in the right direction for troubleshooting the specific Hotspot on your device or the connection from your PC to the Hotspot.
Then, take a look at these steps to troubleshoot your Personal Hotspot. There are different steps provided to you according to the way your devices are connected. We'll provide some basic steps first and then follow this link for more individualized steps: If Personal Hotspot is not working on your iPhone or iPad (Wi-Fi + Cellular) - Apple Support
Use these steps first
Try connecting again after each step.
1. Check that Personal Hotspot is turned on in Settings > Personal Hotspot. If you can't find or turn on Personal Hotspot, check that your wireless carrier enabled it and that your wireless plan supports it.
2. Restart the iPhone or iPad that provides Personal Hotspot and the other device that needs to connect to Personal Hotspot.
3. Make sure that you have the latest version of iOS or iPadOS.
4. On the iPhone or iPad that provides Personal Hotspot, go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset, then tap Reset Network Settings.
Let us know how that goes.
Cheers!
