How can I reset my child password
My daughter forgot her password and also we’ve changed her phone number. I have to say that she is 16 years old now. Can I reset her password through family sharing or something else?

Since she is 16 she likely no longer has a child account and what you can do on her device is limited. Have her take a look at this document --> If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support
The changed number may be an issue if her iPhone is her only trusted device and she has no way of getting a verification code. Get a verification code and sign in with two-factor authentication - Apple Support
