Is my Apple Watch useless now???

My old phone is lost and I forget the Apple password as well and can’t recover my old Apple ID so I can’t connect to my Apple catch to new iPhone.

Re: Is my Apple Watch useless now???

Seems it may all depend on what you want to do / are willing to do.

Wondering which Watch version you have, and which Watch OS is installed.

Your Apple ID is generally an eMail address:

(You may have used it to log-in here !)

If you forgot your Apple ID, you can look it up, & passwords can often be reset:

https://iforgot.apple.com/password/verify/appleid?r=1&language=US-EN

Else:

Wondering which Apple ID you are using with your new phone ?

If it is a new Apple ID, you maybe can sign the "erased" Watch in with that.

Eg: How to sign in (to a device) with Apple ID:

Sign in with your Apple ID - Apple Support
