What to do if iam not able to take screenshots

If you already tried (to no avail) all the steps provided in the support article that led you here, some of your iPhone's buttons might be defective, or misconfigured.

As an alternative, invoke Siri and say: "Hey Siri, take a screenshot"

If the issue persists, since your iPhone is still covered by warranty, I suggest that you make an appointment (*) and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector. After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.

• Online:--> Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple;
• Contacting a local Apple Store or AASP among the list provided above;
• Using the "Apple Store" app, available and downloadable from AppStore.

If you have carefully followed the instructions in the Related Article at the top of this page and you still can’t take screen shots you may have “screen recording” disabled in Settings/Screen Time, or, if you have a business or school email account on your phone the IT administrator may have disabled screenshots.
