It appears in the latest "upgrade" that we lost this menu item which was faster than going to trash and dragging a mail back into the inbox.
Does anyone know what happened or if there is a way to add it back in?

I'm using Mail version 16.0 with Ventura 13.1 and its right there at the top of the Edit menu after I have deleted an email. It has the Cmd-Z key combination.
Edit - Its obviously not there if I haven't just deleted an email, when the top item becomes a greyed out Undo.

Even faster than an Undo Delete menu item is the key combination of ⌘+Delete if you do it immediately. Do you anything else and the key combination will not work as it only works on the immediate preceding operation.
Never had this with Monterey but someone else will have to answer if Ventura ever had that.
