System settings / General / Storage shows Photos and System Data

When I open System settings / General / Storage it completes all tasks very quickly apart from Photos and System Data. They have the 'rotating icon thing' going for hours. There are no Photos in that App.

Anyone know why this is happening and how to 'fix' it?

Go back into System Setting >> Your User Account , on left Sidebar


The from there >> iCloud


Another window should appear like in below image


Scroll down until you see Photos and is it Enabled like in that same image below ?


Even if No photos are in the Application - this may stop the issue
