Recent app tile last page

Is there a way to get rid of showing the recently apps added to my iPhone. The one that is in the tile on the last page under the app library. It doesn’t seem like it’s possible.

As you have rightly noticed, it is not possible to edit the setup in the App Library.

The App Library will change automatically over time, depending on how you use your apps. The Recent App category will also change over time if you don't add new apps for a while.
