I accidently reset my old phone< but all my information is in the cloud! How do i transfer the information to my new phone

That depends on whether you backed up to iCloud, synced to iCloud (they are not the same thing), or did both. But the first step is to restore an iCloud backup if you have one→Restore your iOS device from a backup - Apple Support
After that completes and all of your apps have been redownloaded from the app store (it will happen automatically if you leave the phone plugged in and connected to power), go to Settings, tap on your name, then tap on iCloud and turn on all of the sync switches.
