Make Apple Notes even better

When Apple introduced tags in Notes, it made me wonder whether I'd switch from Notion to Notes. What would make me switch is if Apple introduced the possibility to create collapsible bullets to better organise thoughts, keep the note clean and be able to have an overview of the outline of the note without having to see all the details.
