I turned on my My MacBook Pro and it has a dark screen. I can’t see anything. See picture below .

one quick check is to restart into safe mode.


"works in safe mode, fails in regular mode" implies "It's something you added."


Another debugging step is to do an SMC reset. On Apple-silicon Macs, that's done by removing power, completely powering off, waiting a minute, then powering back on.
