Syncing passwords
I have icloud on on both ipad pro & iphone 13 pro, however I am unable to sync them. How do I fix this?

Hmm, ok. I suggest using the following support article to make sure nothing was missed when enabling the iCloud Keychain:

I am assuming that you are logged into both of these devices with the same Apple ID ... correct? If so, how to sync your passwords, would depend on how you are storing these passwords currently.
If, for example, you are referring to those you save via iCloud, then make sure both devices have Settings > Apple ID > iCloud > Passwords and Keychain = On
Sorry, I couldn't work out a solution with you. Looks like the next step would be to contact Apple Support directly. To do so, simply select the "Support" link on the lower left-hand side of this forum's web page.
Please post the results as I (& others) can benefit from what you find out.
Yes, I have done this. If I update or create a password on one devive, it does not automatically update on the other. I only have 1 Apple ID.
