iPad 10th generation battery charge

My iPad suddenly lost the ability to recognize the charging cable, the USC-C port recognizes the hubs, if I connect the charging via hub (as an interpreter) it recharges, from here if I directly reconnect the cable without the hub it recharges, but if the state and I hang up it doesn't load anymore! If I turn off iPad with cable connected, it turns on again and starts charging, but if I unplug the cable again and plug it back in, it doesn't charge anymore! I first did a forced restart on the advice of Apple support, but the problem persists; then a Mac reset to initial settings, but nothing. iPad updated to iPadOS 16.3!

Windows, Windows 10
