lost/stolen iphone

My iphone has been stolen. So I called my phone carrier spectrum. I wanted to get a new phone with my apple care I had with it but they told me you guys handle that problem so I wanted to file a report for a new iphone. my serial number is RP******6H9 for the phone. can you guys plz text me back that phone was a lot and I don't want to just give up easily. I tried tracking it but I think they removed the chip in it and also powered it off so that's why I can't track it on find my iphone. so I just want to hear back from you guys thanks.

The only way Apple would be involved would be if you specifically purchased AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss coverage. If you did, proceed as follows:

iPhone Theft and Loss Claims - Official Apple Support


If you have standard AppleCare, there is nothing anyone can do for you … except the general guidance:

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch is lost or stolen - Apple Support
