I can’t get Apple CarPlay on my iPhone SE Any idea where I can find it

Apple CarPlay is not an app, it's an option in Settings>General>CarPlay.

If it doesn't appear there, check:

Settings>ScreenTime>Content&Privacy Restrictions>Allowed Apps.... and enable CarPlay. When done, restart your iPhone.
