finder shows red exclamation mark behind every item and folder

Hi,

my finder is showing a red dot with a white exclamation mark behind every single item and folder since I updated to Ventura. I can still access everything and open all the files, but that icon won't go away.

I don't have any Norton or McAfee Software, so that is not the problem. I only have Surfshark VPN, but haven't seen any issues reported with that.

How can I find out where the exclamation mark is coming from? I doesn't tell me anything in the info and I can't seem to find out which program is even sending it. Please help, this is driving me crazy!
