Pairing Apple Watch Series 7 with iPhone 7+

My recently bought Apple Series 7 watch does not pair with my iPhone 7 plus Version iOS 15.7.3

What help can I get?

If your new Apple Watch 7 came with WatchOS 9, which is highly likely, there is no way you can pair it with an iPhone which is not updated to iOS 16 at a minimum. iPhone 7 plus cannot run the newest iOS versions.

You should either return the watch for refund or recognize its time to buy a newer, more modern iPhone, which can run iOS 16.
