I have 5 contacts I can’t text or receive text I get messages blocking is active they do not show on my blocked list. I want to remove blocking active

How can active blocking error be removed off iPhone 7 Plus?

You do not have any SMS plan enabled by your carrier. Probably you only have a Data plan on the SIM.
