Pending payment problems

i had a bunch of subscriptions for apps that a payment was pending but I removed and canceled the subscriptions but I recently added a master card gift car and all those app payments are pending and the moneys on hold. What can I do? Can I at least get the app subscriptions I paid for still?

iPhone 13, iOS 15

I'm not sure I am fully following that but it sounds like you had subscriptions that are unpaid. You then canceled the subscriptions but Apple is still expecting the payment that was due from when the subscriptions were first activated. If that is the case, pay what is due and see if you can ask for a refund.
