OS update for mid 2015 MacbookPro 15"?

Is there and update for my mid 2015 MacbookPro 15"? Currently running OS X Capitan 10.11.6? Forums say there is an update out there, but my computer says none is available.

Back up your data, check the application compatibility table, click here, and then on the download link for a more-recent OS. That model's maximum one is Monterey; it's a full-version upgrade and won't appear in the Updates list.

Catalina and higher won't run 32-bit software; if you upgrade to one of them, use Go64 as well.
