However, you can do that by following the steps in this article:

Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support

Remember, that not all content might be refundable.

In-App purchases, where you buy "consumable" things, it is often not possible to get a refund. I'm not sharp in TikTok, but you can try.
