I understand that by dragging and dropping files to TRASH the files are deleted. MS 365 has so many files I may not find them all. Is there a UNINSTALL app for Mac that will perform a complete uninstall? I wish to perform the UNINSTALL prior to installing a new version of Excel. I do not use any other MS feature except Excel.

It's pretty much just the main app(s) in the Applications folder, and those it creates in the ~/Library/Group Containers folder of your user account. Which ones belong to MS are pretty obvious.

But there's also no reason to remove any of the existing files. The installer will replace the current version of Excel in the Applications folder, and update any necessary files in your account.
