Sister remembers the password but does not remember the Apple ID. What to do?

Hello, my sister forgot the password from her iPhone and she made the firmware on her iPhone. The problem is that she does not remember the Apple ID, but she remembers the password from the Apple ID, and after the firmware she simply created a new Apple ID. Now she wants to restore her old iCloud, help with that please. She has access to a phone number, but she does not have access to mail and she does not even remember her mail.

Typically an Apple ID is an email address you have used.
